  • 2 bay leaf
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon marjoram, fresh, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • a bit salt
  • some black pepper, ground

Instructions

  1. First preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Clean the peppers and remove the white separating skins, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Wash tomatoes, cut out the buds, then quarter, if necessary eighth - depending on the size of the tomatoes.
  4. Peel shallots and garlic, finely dice shallots.
