Ingredients
- 6 sausages (grilled sausage Thuringian style)
- 6 small shallot (s)
- 400 g tomato (s)
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
- 2 bay leaf
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon marjoram, fresh, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- a bit salt
- some black pepper, ground

- First preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
- Clean the peppers and remove the white separating skins, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Wash tomatoes, cut out the buds, then quarter, if necessary eighth - depending on the size of the tomatoes.
