Ingredients

  • 500 g tortellini, fresh
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 250 g cream
  • 125 g yourt
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and fry in hot olive oil until translucent. Add the cleaned and flaky mushrooms and sauté too. Press the cloves of garlic and add the ham cut into small pieces, sweat briefly. Take it off the stove.
  2. Meanwhile cook the fresh tortellini according to the instructions on the packet and stir into the onion, mushroom and ham mixture.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  4. Beat the cream with the yoghurt and eggs, add the grated cheese and season with salt, pepper and a little cayenne pepper. Grease a baking dish, add the tortellini mixture and pour the cream sauce over it.
  5. Baked in a hot oven for 15 minutes.
  6. This fits e.g., a green salad in a lemon-oil marinade and a dry white wine.
