Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to around 200 ° C.
  2. Peel and quarter the potatoes. Clean and chop the soup greens. Peel and quarter the onions. Peel the garlic. If more vegetables are to be added, clean and chop them as well.
  3. Tip: If available, you can also use cauliflower, kohlrabi, beans or other vegetables.
  4. Spread the vegetables in a roasting pan and add the pike. Season the fish inside and out with salt and pepper.
  5. Put in the oven. Bake for about 10-15 minutes and then add a little water as soon as the potatoes are colored.
