  • g 3,500 pork neck sliced
  • 300 g cheese, diced
  • 4 cups sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the raw, sliced neck on a baking sheet so that the individual slices overlap. Spread the cheese over it, season with salt and pepper. Spread the sour cream on top until everything is well covered. Roast in the oven at 200 degrees, then cook at 170 degrees for about 1 hour.
