Instructions

  1. Pour the peaches into a colander and drain. Then cut the fruit into small pieces and set aside. Cut or break the chocolate cookies into small pieces and set aside.
  2. For the cream, whip the cream in a bowl until it is creamy but not stiff and stir in the low-fat quark, mascarpone and milk. Season the cream with the sugar and vanilla sugar.
  3. For the dessert in glasses, stack the ingredients one after the other. The cream, peaches, chocolate cookies, cream, peaches, chocolate cookies.
  4. Before serving, put the glasses in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
