Instructions

  1. Peel the zucchini and clean the carrots. Cut the carrots and zucchini into strips with the peeler (do not use the stones of the zucchini).
  2. Put everything in a microwave-safe container, some water (depending on the amount / feeling approx. 100 ml) so that the vegetables do not dry out during cooking. Add salt and pepper, a pinch of sugar and the herb butter and cook everything covered in the microwave at 1000 watts for about 5 minutes (depending on the amount or a little longer).
  3. You can of course also use normal butter and fresh herbs or a pinch of dried herbs from Provence.
