Peel the zucchini and clean the carrots. Cut the carrots and zucchini into strips with the peeler (do not use the stones of the zucchini).
Put everything in a microwave-safe container, some water (depending on the amount / feeling approx. 100 ml) so that the vegetables do not dry out during cooking. Add salt and pepper, a pinch of sugar and the herb butter and cook everything covered in the microwave at 1000 watts for about 5 minutes (depending on the amount or a little longer).
You can of course also use normal butter and fresh herbs or a pinch of dried herbs from Provence.
