Halve the zucchini. Divide one half into 4 pegs. Halve the other half and cut into slices. Cut the bell pepper into cubes. Halve tomatoes and cut into slices.
Spread the zucchini slices, tomatoes and peppers in a baking dish. Season with paprika. Spread some ketchup on top.
Knock the chicken breast schnitzel (for me there are usually 4 pieces) flat. Season both sides with fondor, pepper and paprika. Place a slice of Gouda cheese on each schnitzel, place a pin of zucchini on top and roll it up. Fasten each with two toothpicks and place in the baking dish.
Put in the oven at top / bottom heat (200 degrees) for 35 minutes.
