Ingredients

• 250 g mushrooms (fresh, sliced)

• 250 g zucchini, (thinly sliced)
• 2 egg (s), (hard-boiled)
• 150 g sheep cheese, (crumbled)

For the dressing:

• 1 bunch chives, (finely chopped)
• 4 tablespoon vinegar
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ mustard
• 4 tablespoon oil
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. For the dressing, mix all the ingredients into a salad sauce.
