Wash the zucchini, dry it and cut it into cubes like this. Peel the garlic and pass through a press (set aside 1 clove). Grate the cheese, chop the herbs.
Heat the vegetable oil, put the whole garlic clove, after crushing it a little, so that it gives off the aroma better. Once it’s browned, gently remove it. Place zucchini in a skillet and grill over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add garlic and a spoonful of grated cheese. Remove the cooked vegetables from the pan and sprinkle with the remaining cheese and herbs. Everything can be served to the table.
