Zucchini Fried with Garlic

In season of fresh zucchini you want to cook so many of them, don’t you agree? But if there is no time for different delights, then this simple and always perfect recipe will come to the rescue. Memorize and repeat!

Ingredients
- Zucchini – 3 Pieces
- Garlic – 4-5 Cloves
- Parmesan – 3 Teaspoons (optional)
- Vegetable oil – 4 Teaspoons
- Salt and Pepper – To taste
- Greens – To taste
Directions
- Here is our simple set of ingredients.
- Wash the zucchini, dry it and cut it into cubes like this. Peel the garlic and pass through a press (set aside 1 clove). Grate the cheese, chop the herbs.
- Heat the vegetable oil, put the whole garlic clove, after crushing it a little, so that it gives off the aroma better. Once it’s browned, gently remove it. Place zucchini in a skillet and grill over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add garlic and a spoonful of grated cheese. Remove the cooked vegetables from the pan and sprinkle with the remaining cheese and herbs. Everything can be served to the table.
