Fry the minced meat until crumbly. Add the chopped onion and continue frying until they are translucent - but not brown. Add 1/2 tube of tomato paste and fry briefly. Season everything well with salt and pepper. Add the chopped tomatoes, the packet of pureed tomatoes, the mug of cream and a good teaspoon of sugar.
Wash the zucchini, cut into rings and add to the saucepan. Mix everything well and put the lid on. Let the whole thing simmer on a low flame for about 15 minutes. Finally stir in the chopped dill and season again with salt and pepper.
Serve the whole thing with rice or baguettes.
Tastes particularly good a day later, but then just warm it up and don`t let it boil for long so that the zucchini doesn`t get too soft.
Tip: In my opinion, the recipe lives from the dill, which can be used in abundance and is indispensable.
