Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat until crumbly. Add the chopped onion and continue frying until they are translucent - but not brown. Add 1/2 tube of tomato paste and fry briefly. Season everything well with salt and pepper. Add the chopped tomatoes, the packet of pureed tomatoes, the mug of cream and a good teaspoon of sugar.
  2. Wash the zucchini, cut into rings and add to the saucepan. Mix everything well and put the lid on. Let the whole thing simmer on a low flame for about 15 minutes. Finally stir in the chopped dill and season again with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve the whole thing with rice or baguettes.
  4. Tastes particularly good a day later, but then just warm it up and don`t let it boil for long so that the zucchini doesn`t get too soft.
  5. Tip: In my opinion, the recipe lives from the dill, which can be used in abundance and is indispensable.
