Instructions

  1. Chase the zucchini through the spiral cutter or cut into small pieces with the peeler and fry in olive oil. Pour in the vegetable stock, cook for 5 minutes and then set aside.
  2. Sweat the onions and garlic in olive oil, add the mushrooms, leek and ham and fry briefly. Then add the tomatoes, prawns and zucchini and simmer together for 5 minutes. Finally add the cream cheese and let it melt. Season the vegetable mixture with herbs, salt and pepper.
  3. The food is enough for 3 normal or 2 good eaters.
  4. It is not only suitable for low carb, but also low in calories. If you don`t do low carb and want to reduce the fat, you can take lean ham and light cream cheese.
