Ingredients
- 2 zucchini
- 2 leeks
- 2 small onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 250 g mushrooms
- 250 g cocktail tomatoes
- 80 g Kat ham
- 100 g cream cheese
- 300 ml vegetable stock
- 200 g prawn (s) (polar sea prawns)
- salt and pepper

- Chase the zucchini through the spiral cutter or cut into small pieces with the peeler and fry in olive oil. Pour in the vegetable stock, cook for 5 minutes and then set aside.
- Sweat the onions and garlic in olive oil, add the mushrooms, leek and ham and fry briefly. Then add the tomatoes, prawns and zucchini and simmer together for 5 minutes. Finally add the cream cheese and let it melt. Season the vegetable mixture with herbs, salt and pepper.
- The food is enough for 3 normal or 2 good eaters.
- It is not only suitable for low carb, but also low in calories. If you don`t do low carb and want to reduce the fat, you can take lean ham and light cream cheese.
