Ingredients
- 50 g soy ranules
- 150 ml vegetable stock
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 zucchini
- 100 g mushrooms
- 0.5 ½ head broccoli
- 1 bell pepper (s)
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- Vegetable broth, instant
- salt
- Peanut butter, fine
- Soy cream (soy cream cuisine)

- Bring the soy granulate to the boil in 150 ml vegetable stock and let it swell over low heat. Depending on the description on the package.
- Dice the onion and sauté in a little oil. Add the chopped broccoli and the quartered mushrooms. Fry a little and then cook with a little water until soft. Add the now soft soy granulate. Cut the zucchini into thin, elongated strips (approx. 1 cm wide) and add, leave to soften. When the zucchini are soft, add the diced paprika to the saucepan and heat. The peppers are only added now so that they don`t get too soft. Season to taste with garlic, broth and salt. Add a few teaspoons (to taste) of peanut butter and allow to melt. Refine with a little soy cream.
