Instructions

  1. Bring the soy granulate to the boil in 150 ml vegetable stock and let it swell over low heat. Depending on the description on the package.
  2. Dice the onion and sauté in a little oil. Add the chopped broccoli and the quartered mushrooms. Fry a little and then cook with a little water until soft. Add the now soft soy granulate. Cut the zucchini into thin, elongated strips (approx. 1 cm wide) and add, leave to soften. When the zucchini are soft, add the diced paprika to the saucepan and heat. The peppers are only added now so that they don`t get too soft. Season to taste with garlic, broth and salt. Add a few teaspoons (to taste) of peanut butter and allow to melt. Refine with a little soy cream.
