Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta (pasta, preferably use Bavette for this recipe)
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 200 g crabs (polar sea crabs)
  • 1 beefsteak tomato (s)
  • 100 ml cream or Rama Cremefine
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely diced
  • Vermouth, dry
  • salt and pepper
  • Parmesan, grated
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini, cut into 1 cm thick slices and then lengthways into narrow sticks. Finely dice the garlic. Rinse the crabs. Peel, core and dice the beefsteak tomatoes. Pluck the thyme leaves (the cooking time is too short for them to fall off by themselves).
  2. Sear the zucchini in neutral fat, sauté the garlic, stew again briefly, add the tomato cubes, salt, pepper, add a pinch of sugar and deglaze everything with a good sip of wormwood, possibly add thyme and simmer everything a little, approx. 5 min., possibly add a little water. Then add the cream or Rama Cremefine to the boil, let everything boil down a little again and shortly before the end add the crabs until they are hot. Possibly add salt and pepper.
  3. In the meantime, cook the pasta, drain, mix with the sauce and fry with fr. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
