Instructions

  1. Halve the cheese and cut into slices approx. 1 cm wide. Fry the slices in a pan with oil on both sides for about 4 minutes. Take out and keep warm in the oven.
  2. Clean and wash the zucchini and cut into long strips with a peeler. Put the strips in the pan and fry them in the remaining fat of the cheese for approx. 4 minutes while turning, mix in the pesto, then add cheese and tomatoes. Mix everything until the pesto is liquid and has mixed with all the ingredients.
