Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the vegetables. Cut the Cabanossi into slices and fry in oil. Then add the vegetables. Fry everything over medium heat until the vegetables are cooked through. Finally, season with salt, paprika powder and the herbs of Provence. Since we like to eat spicy, I always add Tabasco.
  2. Rice or baguette tastes good with it.
