Chop the vegetables into small cubes. Heat the ketchup and oil to boiling point. Add the vegetables, Worcester sauce and Tabasco.
Cook for about 10 - 15 minutes, always stirring, otherwise it will burn! Fill jars while still hot and turn upside down for a few hours.
Instead of ketchup, you can also use partially strained or chunky tomatoes (saves calories!), But then season them again. Goes perfectly with pasta, but also cold with a barbecue.
