- 1 kg zucchini
- 0.5 kg ½ onion (s)
- 1 kg bell pepper (s), red, yellow, green
- 1 ½ liter ketchup
- 0.25 liter ¼ oil
- 2 teaspoons Worcester sauce
- 10 drops Tabasco

- Chop the vegetables into small cubes. Heat the ketchup and oil to boiling point. Add the vegetables, Worcester sauce and Tabasco.
- Cook for about 10 - 15 minutes, always stirring, otherwise it will burn! Fill jars while still hot and turn upside down for a few hours.
- Instead of ketchup, you can also use partially strained or chunky tomatoes (saves calories!), But then season them again. Goes perfectly with pasta, but also cold with a barbecue.
