Peel the potatoes and cut into very small pieces. Wash the zucchini and also cut into pieces (but can be larger pieces as the cooking time is shorter).
Put both in a saucepan and pour the vegetable stock over them. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 20-25 minutes. Take the pot off the stove and puree everything with a hand blender. Cut the poultry sausages into slices and add, leave everything to stand for another 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and possibly nutmeg and then serve.
