Ingredients
- 1 kg zucchini, fresh
- 5 medium potato (s)
- 750 ml vegetable stock
- 1 pack poultry sausages
- salt and pepper
- possibly nutmeg

- Peel the potatoes and cut into very small pieces. Wash the zucchini and also cut into pieces (but can be larger pieces as the cooking time is shorter).
- Put both in a saucepan and pour the vegetable stock over them. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 20-25 minutes. Take the pot off the stove and puree everything with a hand blender. Cut the poultry sausages into slices and add, leave everything to stand for another 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and possibly nutmeg and then serve.
