Soup with Potatoes and Hunting Sausages

Easy to prepare soup with potatoes and hunting sausages has a pleasantly balanced taste and bright aroma. Cooking the soup does not take much time, so if you need to whip up your first dish, feel free to make this recipe into service.

Ingredients

  • Smoked sausages (hunting) – 3 pcs. (140 g)
  • Potatoes – 4 pcs. (350 g)
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Sunflower oil – 30 ml
  • Bay leaf – 1 pc.
  • Greens to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Water – 1 l

Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients needed to make the soup.
    Peel the potatoes.
  2. Cut the potatoes into cubes and transfer to a saucepan.
  3. Pour cold water over potatoes and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer until tender, about 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cut the smoked sausages into slices.
  5. Peel the onions and carrots. Cut the onion into small cubes and finely grate the carrots.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Place the chopped sausages, onions, and carrots in the skillet.
  7. Fry everything over high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. When the potatoes are boiled, add salt to the pot.
  9. Then transfer the contents of the pan to the saucepan.
  10. Bring soup to a boil, reduce heat, and cook for about 5 minutes more.
  11. Chop the greens.
    Also, prepare bay leaves and black pepper.
  12. Add black pepper, chopped herbs, and bay leaf to the soup.
  13. Bring the soup to a boil again and remove the pot from the stove.
  14. A simple soup with smoked sausages and potatoes is ready.
