Finely dice onions, sauté in margarine, add minced meat and fry until crumbly. Add rice, sauté, possibly stir in saffron. Pour in the vegetable stock and whipped cream, cover and cook for 30 minutes. Dice the peppers, add, cook for 10 minutes. Cut the zucchini into thin slices, add, cook for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Spread the cheese over the rice pot, serve.
