- The zucchini is washed and cut into approx. 1 cm thick slices. The core housing is now removed so that a ring is created at a time.
- Mix the remaining ingredients into the beer batter (the consistency should be similar to batter.).
- The zucchini rings are now pulled through the dough and then fried in a hot pan with oil in portions until they are golden brown. Serve hot.
