- On a coarse grater, grate melted cheese, hard cheese, boiled egg, garlic. Add chopped herbs, salt, pepper, mayonnaise. Stir the filling.
- Cut the courgettes into thin strips.
- Fry the zucchini in vegetable oil until lightly browned on both sides.
- Place the sautéed zucchini on paper towels to remove excess oil and cool.
- Place a full teaspoon of cheese filling on a slice of fried zucchini, roll into a roll.
- In this way, make rolls from the rest of the zucchini and cheese slices.
