Zucchini Rolls Ingredients

  • Young zucchini – 500 g
  • Processed cheese – 90 g
  • Hard cheese – 40 g
  • Chicken egg – 1-2 pcs.
  • Garlic to taste
  • Dill – a few twigs
  • Mayonnaise – 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying – 2-3 tablespoon.

  1. On a coarse grater, grate melted cheese, hard cheese, boiled egg, garlic. Add chopped herbs, salt, pepper, mayonnaise. Stir the filling.

  2. Cut the courgettes into thin strips.

  3. Fry the zucchini in vegetable oil until lightly browned on both sides.
  4. Place the sautéed zucchini on paper towels to remove excess oil and cool.
  5. Place a full teaspoon of cheese filling on a slice of fried zucchini, roll into a roll.
  6. In this way, make rolls from the rest of the zucchini and cheese slices.

Serve zucchini rolls and garnish with herbs.
