Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the zucchini and onion, cut the bell pepper into fine strips, peel the celery and slice thinly. Mix the vegetables together. Bring the water, vinegar, salt, garlic, spices and sugar to the boil in a saucepan. Add the vegetables and cook for about 8 minutes. Fill into glasses and close tightly.
