Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini, dry them and cut into slices (or strips). Mix the eggs with salt, pepper and herbs in a deep plate. Place breadcrumbs on a separate plate.
  2. Turn the zucchini slices in the egg several times and then bread them in breadcrumbs. Then fry in a little olive oil until golden brown. When one side is already fried, turn the zucchini over and spread the cheese on top. Caution: do not place cheese over the edges.
  3. Serve as a side dish or with cooked vegetables.
