Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
Peel and chop the onion. Then fry in a little olive oil. Wash the zucchini, cut into small slices and add to the onions. Fry until the zucchini are translucent or lightly brown. Then peel, crush and add the garlic cloves. Then season with nutmeg and salt. Finally, crumble the sheep`s cheese, add it and fry a little more.
Arrange the spaghetti on plates and serve with the vegetables.
