- Peel the onion and chop finely.
- Cut the zucchini into slices and sprinkle with flour.
- Turn on the multicooker, set the “Fry” mode. Heat oil put onion, fry it, stirring occasionally, 3-5 minutes, until golden brown.
- Add zucchini slices, stir, fry for another 10 minutes, stirring from time to time, so that the zucchini is evenly fried.
- Chop the tomato. Add the tomatoes to the zucchini. Mix. Salt.
- Switch the multicooker to the “Extinguishing” mode. Close the lid. Simmer the zucchini in mulvar for 20 minutes.
