Zucchini Stewed in a Slow Cooker Ingredients

  • Zucchini – 2 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Tomato – 1 pc.
  • Wheat flour – 1-2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 0.25-0.5 teaspoon

  1. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  2. Cut the zucchini into slices and sprinkle with flour.

  3. Turn on the multicooker, set the “Fry” mode. Heat oil put onion, fry it, stirring occasionally, 3-5 minutes, until golden brown.
  4. Add zucchini slices, stir, fry for another 10 minutes, stirring from time to time, so that the zucchini is evenly fried.

  5. Chop the tomato. Add the tomatoes to the zucchini. Mix. Salt.
  6. Switch the multicooker to the “Extinguishing” mode. Close the lid. Simmer the zucchini in mulvar for 20 minutes.
