Instructions

  1. Slice the zucchini, chop the bell pepper and the onion into large pieces. Bring to the boil together with the remaining ingredients in a large saucepan (approx. 10 liters), let it boil for 3 minutes, stir occasionally and then immediately pour into glasses and close them.
  2. Let it steep for about 2 weeks before consumption.
