Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini. Cut the peeled lengthways into narrow strips (they will look something like the tagliatelle) and fry in hot olive oil. Season with pepper and salt.
  2. Cut the chilli pepper into rings. Peel and chop the garlic. Mix both with cream and lemon juice. Do not boil - the sauce stays cold! Add the grated parmesan and mix in. Season to taste with pepper, salt and basil.
  3. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet. Drain through a sieve and return to the saucepan. Add the fried zucchini and pour the sauce on top. Mix everything together and serve immediately.
