Ingredients
- 250 ml cream
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), the juice from it
- 1 chilli pepper (s), medium hot
- 100 g parmesan, freshly rated
- 2 zucchini
- 300 g pasta (taliatelle)
- salt and pepper
- basil
- olive oil

- Wash the zucchini. Cut the peeled lengthways into narrow strips (they will look something like the tagliatelle) and fry in hot olive oil. Season with pepper and salt.
- Cut the chilli pepper into rings. Peel and chop the garlic. Mix both with cream and lemon juice. Do not boil - the sauce stays cold! Add the grated parmesan and mix in. Season to taste with pepper, salt and basil.
- Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet. Drain through a sieve and return to the saucepan. Add the fried zucchini and pour the sauce on top. Mix everything together and serve immediately.
