Ingredients

  • 6 clove (s) garlic, pressed through
  • 100 ml crème fraîche
  • 100 ml cream
  • 125 ml vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g ribbon noodles
  • 100 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 100 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles al dente.
  2. Cook the garlic with creme fraiche, cream and broth for 5 minutes, then season the sauce with salt and pepper. Cook the zucchini for about 3 minutes. Finally mix the zucchini with the pasta, mushrooms and garlic cream and put everything in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with the cheese.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
