- 500 g potato (s), waxy
- 100 g wild arlic
- 100 g mountain cheese or Gruyère cheese
- 30 g cream cheese
- 150 ml cream
- a bit salt
- some black pepper
- some nutmeg
- 20 g butter
- some caraway seeds, ground

- Preparation:
- Peel, wash and thinly slice the potatoes and pat dry. Wash the wild garlic leaves, drain them and then cut them into thin strips. Rasp cheese.
- Whisk the cream cheese with the cream, a little salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
- Preparation:
- Grease a baking dish with the butter. Layer the potato slices in the form like a brick. Season with salt and caraway seeds.
- Mix half of the grated cheese with the wild garlic and spread on top. Pour the cream and cream cheese mixture over it.
- Then sprinkle with the rest of the grated cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 45 minutes.
