- 200 g potato (s), diced
- 1 small onion (s), diced
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- 0.5 liter ½ broth
- salt and pepper
- 100 ml cream
- chili
- 2 processed cheese, (corners)
- White wine to taste
- 1 bunch wild garlic

- Cook the potatoes, onions and garlic in the broth until soft, then puree. Melt the cheese in it, season with white wine and spices. Stir in the cream and add the finely chopped wild garlic leaves just before serving.
