- 500 g potato (s)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 200 g wild arlic
- 2 tablespoon flour, (whole wheat flour tastes best)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ vegetable stock, grained
- 1 cup cream
- salt
- pepper

- Peel and quarter the potatoes and cook in a little salted water for about 15 minutes.
- Sort out the wild garlic and cut into small pieces. Heat the butter in a pan, let the wild garlic soak in it, then dust with the flour and stir in the cream without lumps. Season to taste with the broth and pepper.
- Drain the potatoes, stir carefully into the sauce and serve immediately.
