Instructions

  1. Knead the ingredients for the dough together and chill for about 30 minutes.
  2. Coarsely grate the zucchini. Roast the pine nuts in a pan until golden, then add the oil and fry the zucchini for a few minutes. Season with salt, pepper and chopped mint, remove from heat and let cool down a little. Whisk eggs, cream and sour cream and also season with salt and pepper. Add the egg mixture to the zucchini.
