Zucchini Tempura Instructions

  1. Cut the zucchini into strips.
  2. In a deep bowl, combine wheat and corn flour, salt. Make a hole in the center and beat the protein in the dry mixture and add water.
  3. Mix the batter on ice to keep the temperature cool
  4. Heat the cooking oil in a large saucepan until the batter is instantly cooked.
  5. Dip the zucchini in batter and dip in butter. Fry vegetables until golden brown.
