Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini and tomatoes and cut into cubes.
  2. First sauté the zucchini in a saucepan with a little oil. When these have become translucent, add the tomatoes and let simmer for another 5 - 10 minutes.
  3. Thicken the sauce with flour if you like.
  4. Add some cream and season with herb salt.
  5. Tastes great with spaghetti or rice.
