- Wash the zucchini and tomatoes and cut into cubes.
- First sauté the zucchini in a saucepan with a little oil. When these have become translucent, add the tomatoes and let simmer for another 5 - 10 minutes.
- Thicken the sauce with flour if you like.
- Add some cream and season with herb salt.
- Tastes great with spaghetti or rice.
