Wash the zucchini, cut in half and clean, then cut into small pieces. Also cut the bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
Sauté the zucchini and paprika together with half the onion. Then stir in the minced meat and fry for a few minutes. Add the stock cube, the cream and the processed cheese and bring to the boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper and cook for a few more minutes until it has the desired consistency.
