Instructions

  1. Peel the zucchini and cut into medium-sized cubes. Peel the onions and cut into small cubes. Peel the garlic and dice it very small or press it.
  2. First fry the onions in oil until they are translucent. Then add the garlic and zucchini and sauté. Pour on the cream. Add tomato paste and season with salt, pepper, chilli peppers and sugar. Let simmer for another 15-20 minutes and season to taste. You may have to add some water or cream at the end.
