Instructions

  1. I got to know this bread during a vacation trip to the USA. Delicious!
  2. Mix the sugar, butter, sugar beet syrup and eggs to a uniform mixture. Add the grated zucchini. Mix salt, flour, baking powder, baking soda and add to the mixture. Mix with the milk to a smooth pulp. Finally fold in the walnuts.
  3. Bake in the oven (fan oven) at 180 ° C for approx. 50 minutes. Depending on the oven, the temperature should be reduced after about 25 minutes of baking time.
