Peel the zucchini, cut in half lengthways and cut into thin slices. Thinly slice or dice the onions. Let some fat get hot in the pan, sweat or fry the zucchini slices and the onion and season with salt, pepper, garlic or herbs such as thyme (or whatever the kitchen cupboard has to offer) to taste. Then add the cut wieners and just let them get hot again for a short time.
