Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes into thin slices and fry them in a pan with the oil until crispy. Add the bacon and fry. Reduce the heat significantly. Then season the fried potatoes to taste.
  2. Finally sprinkle with the cheese and stir in briefly until it starts to melt. Take the pan off the heat and serve the fried potatoes hot.
