- 400 g potato (s), boiled and peeled
- 5 tablespoon oil
- 50 g bacon, diced or ham
- 50 g mountain cheese or other cheese
- some salt and pepper
- 1 pinch (s) sugar

- Cut the potatoes into thin slices and fry them in a pan with the oil until crispy. Add the bacon and fry. Reduce the heat significantly. Then season the fried potatoes to taste.
- Finally sprinkle with the cheese and stir in briefly until it starts to melt. Take the pan off the heat and serve the fried potatoes hot.
