- Sugar, brown, 2 bar spoons full
- Ice, crushed ice
- Mineral water
- 1 cl passion fruit syrup

- Roll the lime under slight pressure, quarter it and pour it into a caipirinha glass.
- Pour the brown sugar over it and mash the limes with a wooden pestle until they sink into their own juice. Then fill the glass almost to the brim with crushed ice and pour mineral water. Finally add the passion fruit syrup, insert the caipi straw, stir and serve.
- Tips:
- - The lime should be rolled because more juice will come out.
- - Instead of passion fruit syrup, pineapple syrup, coconut syrup or, if you like it particularly lime, lime syrup also tastes good.
